FMP Tracker is an independent, third-party browser extension. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to footballmanagementproject.com or its operators. All product names, logos, and references to the game are used for descriptive purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
Accordingly, your data is stored entirely independently of footballmanagementproject.com. The game's operators have no access to your FMP Tracker account or data, and FMP Tracker has no privileged access to the game beyond what any logged-in user can see in their own browser.
These Terms are a contract between you and the operator of FMP Tracker only — not between you and footballmanagementproject.com.
By installing the extension, creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using FMP Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you are using FMP Tracker on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must provide accurate account information (a valid email and password) and keep it secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use FMP Tracker for your own, non-commercial use of tracking game data.
You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension; resell, sublicense, rent, or lease access; or build a competing product from the service's data or code.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by:
FMP Tracker is offered as a single recurring subscription of €4.99 per month, billed in advance through our payment processor. See our Pricing page for details.
By subscribing you authorize us to charge the recurring fee until you cancel. Taxes, where applicable, are included or added at checkout per your jurisdiction. Prices may change for new or renewing subscribers, but a price change will not take effect on your current billing period without notice.
When you are entitled to a refund, we refund the remaining unused days of your current billing period, less the transaction fee charged by the payment processor. The transaction fee is the non-refundable processing cost we are charged for handling the original payment (and, where applicable, the refund).
Example: you paid €4.99 for a 30-day month, cancel on day 10 with 20 days unused, and the processor's transaction fee is €0.40. Your refund would be (4.99 ÷ 30) × 20 − 0.40 ≈ €2.93.
Processor's transaction fee varies by payment method, amount, and currency.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You may request a refund in line with your statutory consumer rights and our cancellation policy (see Section 8). Where the law of your country of residence grants a mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal period, that right applies and is not limited by these Terms.
Used portions of a billing period (the days you had active access) are not refundable, and the processor's transaction fee is always deducted from any refund amount. We may decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and we do not bill you again. There is no penalty or fee for cancelling.
You may also delete your account entirely; see Section 9 and our Privacy Policy for how long data is retained after deletion.
Your use of FMP Tracker is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your data is collected, stored (independently, on AWS servers in the European Union), and protected, and how it is never used for advertising or shared with third parties without your consent.
FMP Tracker, including its code, design, text, and branding, is owned by its operator and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Game-related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.
FMP Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of the game.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of FMP Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or game progress, arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct in jurisdictions where such exclusions are void).
You may stop using FMP Tracker at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your account is inactive for an extended period, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability) remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For consumers, mandatory rights under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and notify you of material changes through the service or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
