"FMP Tracker", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the FMP Tracker browser extension and its associated cloud service. FMP Tracker is an independent, third-party plugin created for players of Football Manager Project.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to footballmanagementproject.com or any of its operators. The name "FMP Tracker" and all product functionality are independent of that platform. If you have a question about the game itself, please contact the game's operator directly — we cannot help with game-side issues.
To provide the service we collect and process the following:
We do not collect device fingerprints for advertising, do not read the contents of pages outside the scope of the extension's functionality, and do not sell your data to anyone.
All account and player data is stored in our own PostgreSQL database. This database is fully independent from footballmanagementproject.com — the game's operators have no access to it and no connection to it.
The database is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the European Union. Data residency therefore remains within the EU. Backups, where taken, are also held within the same AWS EU region.
Without your explicit authorization, we will not submit, transfer, disclose, or make available your account data or player data to any person or any third party.
The only exceptions are narrow and required by law:
We do not share data with social networks, analytics vendors, advertising networks, or any other third party for their own purposes.
Your account information, player data, and usage of the service are never used for advertising, ad targeting, cross-site tracking, or commercial profiling.
Any analytics we run are strictly operational (e.g., is the service up?) and are not used to track you across other websites.

We keep your data only for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterwards for record-keeping, fraud prevention, or where required by law. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data from active systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days, except where a legal obligation requires longer retention.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, access controls on the database, and EU-based hosting on AWS. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data consistent with industry practice.
FMP Tracker is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you through the service or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised policy.
